Fabrizio is for Kevin one of the most important people in Berlin nowadays. He was a part of his family when Kevin and their team opened the restaurant Vino Basilico 10 years ago and through time they became friends. It is also thanks to him that Kevin is where he is today: A few years later, Fabrizio introduced him to the Cookies&Cream team. This is where it all started and how Frank and Kevin met. After a few years in the gastronomic world, Fabrizio stopped everything to become what he has always dreamed of: a full-fledged and accomplished artist. He used to paint Berlin through his eyes in an abstract way that results in paintings straight out of a dream. Hypnotizing.

The elements (lines, shapes, space, colors) compose a clear and harmonious picture of the state of meditation.
Sometimes Flow takes different paths, different states of mind and leads me like a full river to my final destination where I let myself be carried away.

A few years later, with my Edel & Faul buddy Kevin Leismann, the dream came true! With almost 50 wineries in our portfolio, restaurant clients all over the city, a great event department and our online shop, we have now landed in our brand new Space by Edel& Faul. That’s how I think every day since that moment! I´m Kevin Leismann, i just turned 30 and i’m originally from Ventimiglia, Liguria, Italia. 10 Years ago, while I was running an illegal beach bar in that paradise which i call home ( Ventimiglia ), i got the offer to be part of a Berliner adventure. When Berlin calls you, you have to accept! Yes, I said to my self „ok 6 months and I come back to my comfort zone“. Here I am, 10 years after, several restaurant experiences later, i’m still in the city and proud to be where i am. Individual gastronomic wines, working with the best Sommeliers of this country, the top chefs, eating and matching the food with our wines, and of course organizing the best wine partys: this is my deepest passion! Together with one of my mentors, friend and now business partner Frank Krüger we now run the project „Edel&Faul“ and „The Space By Edel&Faul“. I learned that it’s better to fail than to not try, so stay tuned cause we are only at the beginning of this amazing journey under the brand „Edel&Faul“.

I used to be a Bartender and worked From Rome, to London and ended up in Berlin. I decided for my 2023 to retire from hospitality and from hating Espresso Martini’s, so i decided to accept a new challenge! Already working with Kevin in Berlin for almost 10 years in restaurants, I met Frank during the Crazy Cookies Cream times and our friendship brought us three working together! I will be mostly at the Space, Putting on some Musik and letting you try The best wines you can get, so come and say me Hi !
My name is Gabrio. I am Italian but also German. As a long-time employee of the Weinerei Berlin (25 years by now!)
I came across the crazy Kevin and Frank and felt that maybe I could be involved in Edel & Faul… let me drive and I’m happy! The perfect base to supply wine to our customers. At the end of the day I taste some of the noble drops and I am twice as happy! I have experienced a lot in life I am a versatile guy and a passionate photographer.

I come from Loire Valley, France and I moved to Alsace to work in Les Vins Pirouettes, a natural wine collective driven by Christian Binner. I met Frank and Kevin because they have been importing the collective’s wines for 3 years. Year after year, they became more than just importers I worked with. Today, they’re my family in Berlin. Here, I’m mainly in charge of sales and the back office in general. You can also meet me at The Space where I’ll guide you to find the best bottle for you. See you !!
